Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! Our proposals include all development costs. The only additional costs are third-party services you choose (like premium hosting, domain registration, or specific integrations). We always discuss and get approval for any additional costs before proceeding.

Do you offer refunds?

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the initial design, we'll revise it until you are. However, once development work has begun and time has been invested, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our service agreement.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

What happens if I need changes after launch?

We offer post-launch support! Minor tweaks within the first 30 days are usually included. For larger changes or feature additions, we provide hourly rates or project quotes. Many clients choose our ongoing support plans for peace of mind and regular updates.
